Nexus Luxembourg 2026: Inoveo3D at the heart of European innovation

On June 10 and 11, 2026, the Inoveo3D team was present at Nexus Luxembourg, one of Europe's most selective tech events. Pitching before a jury and investors, strategic encounters, an international stage — a look back at two days that mark a significant milestone for the company.

Luxembourg, June 2026: Europe's innovation in one place

On June 10 and 11, 2026, Luxembourg City once again established itself as one of Europe's innovation capitals. At LuxExpo The Box in the Kirchberg district, Nexus Luxembourg brought together over 10,000 visitors from more than 50 countries around an ambitious and selective format designed to accelerate the continent's most promising tech and AI companies. For the Inoveo3D team, this exceptional setting marked an important milestone: two days of immersion, pitching, networking and exchange at the heart of an ecosystem where investors, European decision-makers, and builders of tomorrow's digital economy converge.
Two days. Fifty countries represented. And one reinforced conviction: real estate is transforming, and technology is the engine driving it.

A 4-in-1 event: innovation across every dimension

What sets Nexus Luxembourg apart from other European tech events is its 4-in-1 format, designed to cover the full spectrum of innovation — from applied AI to finance, from competing startups to digital sovereignty. The four zones of the event: - Intelligence Forum — Applied AI, automation, cybersecurity, and productivity technologies. Where major trends meet ground-level reality. - Fintech Sphere — The digital transformation of finance, with players from the world's leading financial centers. - Startups & Scaleups Awards — 250 finalists, 10 categories, a dedicated stage, and a €100,000 Grand Prix. The competitive heart of the event. - Luxembourg Makes It Happen Pavilion — National innovation, AI pioneers, and European decision-makers gathered to project Luxembourg as a continental-scale launchpad. With over 150 speakers across five stages, Nexus does not merely talk about innovation. It sets it in motion.

Inoveo3D on stage: pitch, convince, connect

Out of over 2,500 applications received by Nexus Luxembourg, only 250 startups and scaleups were selected to participate in the event. Among them, Inoveo3D had the opportunity to pitch before the jury alongside around thirty startups in its category — a selection within the selection, which speaks to the level of demand the competition sets. Pitching in this environment is far more than a presentation. It means putting your value proposition to the test before demanding audiences accustomed to evaluating dozens of solutions in just a few hours. It is also a chance to gauge your position within an international ecosystem in full momentum. Beyond the stage, it was in the corridors, exhibition spaces, and networking sessions that the most valuable encounters took place: investors, strategic partners, and market players with whom conversations will continue long after the event closed.
When you take the stage in Luxembourg before investors from 50 countries, you are not just presenting a product. You are defending a vision of what real estate can become.

What Nexus confirms: proptech has its place in Europe

Nexus Luxembourg 2026 confirmed what Inoveo3D has been witnessing on the ground: proptech and AI applied to real estate are drawing growing interest from European investors and decision-makers. Solutions that combine operational efficiency, user experience, and artificial intelligence are now at the forefront of investment priorities. These two days were an opportunity to validate assumptions, identify new development directions, and above all reinforce our conviction: the digital transformation of real estate is only just beginning, and Inoveo3D intends to be one of its central players. A sincere thank you to the Nexus teams for the organisation, to the jury members for their attention, and to everyone we had the chance to meet. What comes next looks promising.
Luxembourg as a launchpad. Europe as the playing field.

One question runs through the entire week: what counts as proof? AI & Real Estate: 5 Signals to Watch This Week (Week of August 31, 2026)

This week, AI showed both of its structural weaknesses on the same day: it goes down, and it flattens everything into sameness. Four major models offline at once, Nvidia buying Hugging Face for $12.9 billion, and an investigation into why AI-generated visuals all end up looking alike. Meanwhile on the ground, idealista launches in France with a year of free listings, MaPrimeRénov' changes again on September 1, and John Deere shows what genuinely useful AI looks like. Five signals about what holds when the infrastructure wobbles.
