After months of real-world feedback gathered on the web platform — quality feedback from multiple active agency networks involved in building the product — Inoveo3D steps into a new dimension. The app is now available on the App Store and Google Play: real estate agents can AI home stage photos directly from their smartphone, on the field.

Who are we?
Inoveo3D is a next-generation AI tools platform dedicated to real estate professionals. AI home staging, photo retouching, video generation, 360° virtual tours, listing audit — all the tools to showcase a property, unified in a single interface.
Founded in 2025 by Arnaud Convers and Christopher Médaille, the startup is based in France. Selected among the 250 startups at Nexus Luxembourg 2026 from 2,500+ applications, and finalist of the PropTech Sweet Awards at RENT.
In a sector dominated by foreign players — widely-used American or Belgian solutions — Inoveo3D stands as the French alternative: powerful AI tools built for European real estate professionals, developed hand-in-hand with their real-world feedback.
Our story
Christopher and I met on the benches of the Faculty of Sciences of Luminy in Marseille, over ten years ago. Back then, we probably spent a bit too much time at the foosball table — but that's where a genuine friendship was forged.
Our paths then diverged. I joined Dassault Systèmes as an R&D engineer, immersed in the world of large corporations. Christopher chose the entrepreneurial path earlier. Different profiles, complementary experiences.
Ten years later, that complementarity became our strength. From the initial idea to pitching on stage in Luxembourg before hundreds of people — including investors from around the world.

The app launch is an achievement for us. But above all, it is recognition: being accepted into the Apple and Android stores means being validated by the two largest global distribution platforms.
We built Inoveo3D with and for real estate professionals. Without their field feedback — quality feedback from active agency networks involved from the very beginning in building the product — this project would have remained a rough draft.
We have also had the privilege of being mentored by influential figures who opened their networks to us, including Julie Douarin, the world's leading real estate influencer.
