Inoveo3D × MonHubImmo: when industry expertise meets technology

We're delighted to announce our partnership with MonHubImmo, the collaborative platform connecting real estate professionals. Inoveo3D's tools will soon be integrated white-label directly into their ecosystem — a collaboration born almost by chance, at RENT, where both our companies won the same PropTech award.

Key Takeaways

  • Inoveo3D's tools (virtual home staging, AI retouching, video, 360° tours, 2D-to-3D floor plans) will be integrated white-label into the MonHubImmo ecosystem.
  • This partnership started at the RENT trade show, where Inoveo3D and MonHubImmo were both winners of the PropTech Sweet Awards organized by MySweetImmo.
  • Inoveo3D and MonHubImmo will be together at RENT 2026, in Paris, on November 4-5, 2026.

A new partnership, and a significant one

We're delighted to announce our partnership with MonHubImmo, a well-known player in the real estate ecosystem and a collaborative platform designed to support professionals in their daily work. Very soon, the technologies developed by Inoveo3D will be integrated directly into the MonHubImmo ecosystem, white-label. For us, this partnership perfectly illustrates the vision we carry at Inoveo3D: putting our technology at the service of players who already have the industry expertise, the community and the ecosystem.

White-label at the heart of our vision

Since we started building our platform, our goal has never been limited to offering our tools directly to real estate professionals. We also want to let platforms, networks and industry software integrate our technologies directly into their own environment. The principle is simple: users stay within the ecosystem they already know, while Inoveo3D brings the technology needed to enrich the experience behind the scenes. Virtual home staging, AI photo enhancement and retouching, object removal, video generation, 360° tours, 2D-to-3D floor plan conversion, and listing analysis: our tools are meant to become technology building blocks that can be integrated directly into the solutions professionals already use.

Two complementary areas of expertise

This is exactly what gives our collaboration with MonHubImmo its full meaning. On one side, MonHubImmo brings its industry expertise, its deep knowledge of real estate professionals, and a collaborative platform built around their actual uses and needs. On the other, Inoveo3D brings its technology expertise, developing the AI and property-showcasing tools that enrich this environment. Rather than asking professionals to juggle ever more software, accounts and interfaces, our shared ambition is to bring the tools closer to their existing work environment. Each partner keeps its own expertise, but the end user gets one seamless experience.

A meeting that started at RENT

This partnership also has a particular story behind it. MonHubImmo and Inoveo3D met at the RENT trade show, at the PropTech Sweet Awards organized by MySweetImmo, where both our companies were among the winners. That first meeting gradually turned into conversations about our respective views of the market and how complementary our solutions were. A few months later, that synergy became concrete with the upcoming integration of Inoveo3D's technologies within MonHubImmo — a great illustration of what the PropTech ecosystem can create when players with complementary expertise decide to build together.

See us at RENT 2026, November 4-5

As a nod to how it all started, it's at the RENT trade show that we chose to present this alliance: Inoveo3D and MonHubImmo will be together in Paris, on November 4-5, 2026, to show concretely what this integration brings to professionals — AI solutions to showcase properties, direct integration into the MonHubImmo ecosystem, and more visibility for agencies and networks.

Building together rather than stacking tools

We're convinced that the future of real estate tools isn't simply about adding more and more software to professionals' daily routines. The real challenge is connecting expertise and making technology accessible directly where professionals already work. That's the whole ambition behind our white-label approach: letting real estate players enrich their own offering with new technology capabilities, while keeping their identity, their relationship with their users, and their own environment. We're especially excited about this partnership with MonHubImmo, and can't wait to see the first Inoveo3D tools come to life directly within their platform. And this is only the beginning.
