Terms of Use
1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the My360 platform operated by Inoveo3D. By using the website or platform, the user fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms of Use.
2. Target Audience and Access
The platform is reserved for adult users. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited. The services are available to users located in France, Spain, and eurozone countries. Physical services are currently limited to the PACA region.
3. Nature of the Service
Inoveo3D provides a service for creating, customizing, and promoting real estate listings online through 360° scenes. Inoveo3D is not a real estate agency and does not act as an intermediary. No commission or sales mandate is collected. The service does not guarantee the sale or rental of any property.
4. Content Publication
Users may include in their scenes elements such as text, address, phone number, standard or panoramic photos, and logos. Users declare that they hold all necessary rights to the content they publish. Any illegal or third-party-infringing content may be removed without notice. External links are prohibited if they redirect to harmful, malicious, or irrelevant content.
5. Public Listings on Spot’in 360
Users may publish a listing on the Spot’in 360 catalog through a one-time payment, unless this option is included in a license. A listing is considered inactive if no modification or update is made by the user for a continuous period of 12 months. In such cases, a reminder email will be sent at 6 months. If no action is taken, the listing will be automatically removed from the public catalog after 12 months. Payment for a listing does not guarantee its publication if the content does not comply with the Terms of Use.
6. Usage Restrictions
The following is prohibited: - Using scripts, bots, or automated systems to interact with the platform; - Mass extraction of content or data (scraping); - Circumventing subscription limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts to exploit offers); - Using the platform for purposes other than promoting properties, commercial spaces, or land.
7. Data and Access
Users may request deletion or export of their data at any time via email. Users without an active subscription are allowed one active listing. In Zen plans, Inoveo3D hosts the scene; in Basic and Comfort plans, the scene is transferred to the client under their sole responsibility.
8. Service Availability
The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or platform improvements. No compensation shall be claimed for interruptions, even brief ones. Inoveo3D reserves the right to update its product and access conditions with prior notice.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Inoveo3D reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in case of breach of these Terms of Use, publication of illegal content, or abusive behavior. Data will be retained for up to 1 year unless otherwise requested by the user.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Grasse, France.
